Reflection:非常高興看到也有教授鼓勵以抽籤方式促進學生的engagement. 這個技巧在語言與兒童(Languages and Children, C.A Dahlbert, H. Curtain, Pearson)中的第246頁中也提到
“把每個學生的名字寫在單獨的卡片或者木棒上,教師每次從中抽取ㄧ張卡片或者ㄧ根木棒,上面寫著誰的名字,就叫誰回答”。

Culture shock is manifest as anxiety, stress and disorientation, and arises when an individual is confronted with an unfamiliar environment, where existing familiar social patterns are rendered ineffective (Mumfor, 2000) p.155
Oberg in 1954 was the first to introduce the concept of "culture shock". He defiend as "an occuptional disease of people who have been suddently transplanted abroad". p.156
